So let's throw in the additional items you need for a 32AR recipe. 100 Mega XXX, 100 Mega XXX (typically 70k each) so 30m for the 200 of them, now we're 790m in the hole.
Let's get down and dirty with the Snail Skin/Chess Pieces. You need 30 of these and they drop very rare, so their value must be in the 80-100m range. Let's say 90per Snail.

Serpent = 4,500,000,000 Vis for ONE 32AR weapon.
Black Weapon = 3,200,000,000 Vis for ONE 32AR weapon.

Now that we know what we're dealing with, how will we handle distribution of these recipes once we regularize Swamp Frogfish (SFF) raids? Even if we had 100 of these things, it takes a week or two just to aquire everything you need to craft ONE. Not to mention the prices I have up there are subject to inflation due to just how important they are.
These weapons are end-******-game and they really show it too.
